Actor Katherine Heigl is opening her mind about being born into an environment that was a "white bubble" and how the realisation has impacted how she raises her adoptive multiracial children. She is the "Firefly Lane" and "Grey's Anatomy" actor revealed in a recent interview that in regards to the color of her skin, she didn't care what she wore when she was younger, but once she talked to her older sister, who was adopted by South Korea, she realized how different society treated each of both. When I inquired of Meg what she thought of her treatment when in public, with or without our parents, it was completely different. She said, 'Oh, yes, every times! Heigl told her parents it made her realize just how naive she had been. She admitted that she was frustrated however she was also aware of the need to use this anger to support her children. Heigl is married to Josh Kelley for 13 years they have a son Joshua Bishop Kelley Jr. The couple adopted their daughters Nancy Leigh, 12, from South Korea in 2009 and Adalaide eight and Black and was adopted in 2012.
